Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 18, 2026

SeenWith LLC (“SeenWith,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making seenwith.ai and the SeenWith dashboard accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to provide an inclusive experience for all visitors and customers, regardless of how they access the web.

1. Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, motor, and neurological differences.

We treat WCAG 2.1 AA as an aspirational standard. Some parts of the Service may not yet fully conform, and we work to improve conformance over time as we update and ship new features.

2. Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML structure (headings, landmarks, lists) on marketing and dashboard pages.
  • Keyboard navigability for primary flows: top navigation, pricing CTAs, sign-in dialog, and dashboard tabs.
  • Color contrast targets aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA on body copy, primary CTAs, and navigation.
  • Form fields labeled with accessible names; error messages exposed to assistive technologies.
  • Images and icons that convey meaning include text alternatives; decorative icons are marked as such for screen readers.
  • Focus indicators visible on interactive elements when navigating via keyboard.
  • prefers-reduced-motion respected in marketing animations (for example, the first-paint loader skips when reduced-motion is enabled).

3. Known limitations

We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:

  • Some dashboard charts and visualizations rely on color to convey state. Text labels and tooltips are provided alongside color, but color-blind users may want to enable the text-first view in dashboard settings (where available).
  • Older browsers and older assistive technologies may not render all features as intended. We test against current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
  • Third-party content (such as embedded Stripe payment pages or external links) may not conform to the same accessibility level; users may need to follow accessibility guidance provided by those third parties.

4. Reporting a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on seenwith.ai or the SeenWith dashboard, or if a specific page or feature is difficult or impossible to use because of a disability, please tell us. We take these reports seriously and work to address them.

Email seenwithai@proton.me with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Please include:

  • The URL of the page where you encountered the issue.
  • A short description of the barrier and what you were trying to do.
  • The assistive technology you were using, if any (for example, screen reader, voice control, keyboard-only).

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and follow up with a resolution or plan as quickly as we can.

5. Alternative access

If you need information from the Service in an alternative format, or if you need assistance completing a task on the Service that is difficult to use with your assistive technology, please contact us at seenwithai@proton.me and we will work with you to provide the information or complete the task in another way.

6. Updates to this statement

We update this statement as we improve accessibility on the Service. The date above reflects the most recent update.
